Windows 7 and Linux are spoken but hard work!
Have you ever tried to share a folder on Windows? ... Well!
Have you ever tried to access that folder from Linux? ... Well!
Have you ever tried to do all this with Windows 7? ... Bad!
Bad ... because if some unfortunate tried this configuration would certainly be confronted with a beautiful authentication error and the interesting thing is that only by Linux because obviously the connection works fine Win to Win!

Well it seems that Windows 7 does not listen to reason of sharing with Linux unless you uninstall the server for access to Windows Live ID-I remember being installed by default with MSN. A reboot is typical of Windows, and you have your shared folder accessible from Linux.
In light of the above ... the question arises: is not that dear Bill did it on purpose??

Telly sat adventure
These days I had the need to install and configure the new platform Tivùsat. I state that I have been asked to buy it for third parties and seemed sympathetic to share my impressions as I believe to be one of the first to hand in this "new technology".
I start by saying that this new platform lets you view digital terrestrial channels via satellite not to be confused with those of Mediaset Premium pay. e trovare altre informazioni generali. There is also the official site where you can make the registration of the card Tivù sat and find other general information.
The choice of which decoder to use is on relapse Telesystem TS 9000, not because of specific technical features as for the quality / price and availability. In fact initially I had been commissioned to buy the top of the range or the Humax Combo 9000 but was not available in the Megastore (mediaworld, Euronics, PC World, Marco Polo Express ..) in my area.
So I proceeded with Telesystem TS 9000.
Configuration and Installation
Here's how to install the new decoder. After connecting the cable to the satellite, the SCART and I turned on the power supply box. When you start you have to wait about ten seconds before the Telesystem connects to your TV and is ready for use. When first turned on the configuration of the box includes the following steps:
- + Language
- + Hours
- + AV Settings - or the setting of the screen .. eg 4:3 etc..
- + Setting Antenna - pay close attention to this stage, as it is necessary that the parable points to Satallite hotbird. In my case I did not have to configure anything because I had everything by default. Where the dish pointing at the satellite at this point you must press the yellow button for the engine and antenna to best configure the dish. In my case I had an output signal equal to 50% and 100% quality.
- Using LCN + - for the automatic numbering
- + Channels - tuning
Result: You do not see anything!
For now you need to activate the new card that came with the box of Tivùsat.
In order to activate the new card must provide the identity of who has entered the canon Rai.
We advance that the switchboard is almost inefficient or at least it was in my case. So do not spend much money with phone calls but rather visit the website and fill out the form with the data of the subscriber. I can say that the activation is almost immediate, in fact, having the card inserted with TV on PC connected to the internet and I did the activation online. After less than a couple of seconds I had Tivùsat running!
Now you ask why buy the box Tivùsat when with a simple decoder (without even the use of the parabola), we obtained the same result?
Well! In a little while ... I'll tell you why I was asked to buy it and set it up!

Avisosimo.it is (re) born!
Successfully completed the phase of restyling the site avisosimo.it.
